There will be an estimated 50 million people travelling by air or by car in US to celebrate Thanksgiving holiday. It is the time of the year to be with family and celebrate this very special holiday. Originally or traditionally a day of prayer and to give thanks for the conclusion of the harvest season. Thanksgiving is normally celebrated on the fourth Thursday of November. For Pinoys the center of family gathering is Christmas for Americans it is the Thanksgiving Day.
Some refer to Thanksgiving as turkey day or the kick off day for Christmas shopping. Happy Thanksgiving to all!
